Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

All products are 100% made-to-order and personally customized. We do not hold inventory, so items cannot be exchanged or refunded for buyer's remorse.

Returns/Refunds are ONLY accepted if WE make a mistake (e.g., we send the wrong size or there is a spelling/printing error on our part).

No refunds if YOU order the wrong size. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
1. Made-to-Order & Personalization Notice
Every single item you order is custom-made, printed, and tailored specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not keep a warehouse of pre-made stock, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
2. When We Accept Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order! We will happily issue a replacement or a full refund only under the following circumstances:

Wrong Spelling/Printing Error: If the custom text on your item has a spelling error or printing defect that differs from the exact text you provided during checkout.

Wrong Size Sent By Us: If the tag/size of the item received does not match the size you selected on your original order receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrives ripped, broken, or with clear manufacturing defects.
3. When We Cannot Accept Returns & Refunds
In accordance with Printfulβs policies, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect Size Ordered: Since items are custom-printed for you, we cannot swap sizes if you accidentally ordered the wrong size. Please review the size chart on the product page before purchasing.

Incorrect Address: If the carrier cannot deliver the package because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once the item is returned to Printful.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
How to File a Claim
If you received an item with a spelling error or the wrong size sent by us, please follow these steps within 15 days of receiving your package:

Include your Order Number in the subject line.

Attach clear photos of the item showing the incorrect spelling, the wrong size tag, or the damage.

Once we review the photos and confirm the fulfillment error, we will arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
Note: Please do not mail items back to us or Printful without contacting our support team first.
